JD-22WM 22KW High-Frequency Wire Saw & Wall Saw Combined System
CAHARD JD-22WM is a 22KW high-frequency combined cutting package that includes wall saw and wire saw equipment for concrete cutting projects requiring both cutting methods.
The system operates on 380V power with 50Hz or 60Hz compatibility and uses wireless remote control. In wall-saw operation, it supports saw blades up to 1600 mm with a maximum cutting depth of 720 mm and a 60 mm blade installation hole.
Wire Saw & Wall Saw in One System
The wall saw configuration supports saw blades up to 1600 mm with a maximum cutting depth of 720 mm. It is designed for concrete wall cutting, structural openings and other blade-cutting applications where controlled linear cutting is required.
The included high-frequency wire saw machine head, pulley and power station provide an additional cutting method for concrete structures where diamond wire cutting is more suitable for the structure size or cutting path.
Variable-Speed Control & Cutting Operation
The system provides infinitely variable speed control for cutting operation.
The system combines automatic cutting with infinitely variable speed control.
Wireless remote control supports machine operation from a convenient position around the cutting area.
The cutting system uses water cooling during operation.
