JD-M5 15KW High-Frequency Core Drilling Machine for Concrete
CAHARD JD-M5 is a 15KW high-frequency core drilling machine designed for concrete and reinforced concrete drilling applications. It supports standard core bit diameters from 150 to 420 mm and can be configured for extended drilling diameters up to 500 mm.
The machine combines a maximum drilling length of 1160 mm, 0–960 rpm stepless speed control, forward and reverse rotation, wireless remote control and a water-cooled main motor. Available output-shaft specifications include M22, 1-1/4" and M32. Please confirm the required connection before ordering.
Core Drilling Capacity
The standard drilling diameter range is 150–420 mm for concrete core drilling applications.
The drilling diameter can be extended up to 500 mm using the stackable configuration.
The maximum drilling length is 1160 mm. Final drilling setup should be confirmed according to the required drilling depth and core-bit configuration.
Multiple output-shaft specifications support different core-bit connection requirements.
Speed Control, Remote Operation & Cooling
Forward and reverse rotation with infinitely variable speed adjustment allows the drilling speed to be set for different core-bit diameters and drilling conditions.
Wireless remote control allows the operator to control the drilling system from a convenient position around the working area.
The main motor uses water cooling during drilling operation.
The controller box uses fan cooling as part of the machine's electrical control configuration.

Choose the JD-M5 for projects within its 15KW power class and up-to-500 mm extended drilling diameter. Consider the JD-M9 when higher rated power and an extended drilling diameter up to 650 mm are required.

The standard bracket length is 1000 mm. Other bracket configurations are available as optional items and may be priced separately. Please provide the required drilling depth and site setup if a different bracket configuration is needed.
