22KW Fixed-Frequency Crawler Wire Saw Machine for Reinforced Concrete Cutting

CAHARD 22KW fixed-frequency crawler wire saw machine is designed for reinforced concrete cutting, structural modification and demolition projects where crawler movement and remote-controlled wire retraction are useful for the project setup.

The machine combines a 22KW electric wire drive with electric wire tensioning, wireless remote control and a battery-powered crawler chassis. The cutting system supports a maximum diamond wire linear speed of 25.5 m/s and a maximum 500 mm drive wheel.

Crawler Movement & Wire Handling

Battery-Powered Crawler Movement

The crawler chassis supports battery-powered movement using a 48V lead-acid battery system, allowing the machine to be repositioned without relying on the main cutting power supply for crawler travel.

Crawler-Assisted Wire Retraction

The crawler travel function supports remotely controlled wire retraction, combining machine movement and wire handling in one crawler-based system.

Electric Wire Drive & Tensioning

The machine uses electric wire drive and electric wire tensioning for the cutting system.

Fixed-Frequency Main Drive
